The Ridgefield General Store Thank you for visiting our website. In February of 2005, we closed the doors to our store, which was part of the local landscape since 1984. We want to thank you for all your support and good wishes in this decision, and we are looking forward to moving on to other projects. In the Spring, we will be starting a separate online site where items will be available for purchase. These will include the local items we're famous for, such as our exclusive Ridgefield Throw and handpainted pieces of the area, as well as customer favorites - some greeting cards and stationery, candles, soaps, chocolates and more.
